Job Description
Technical Customer Success Executive (UK Time Zone) We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Executive to join our growing team at QuickReply.ai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, understands business tools, and is great at communicating with customers. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, helping them maximize value from our platform by solving their technical and business challenges.Requirements:1. Understand customer requirements and map them to the best solution using QuickReply.ai or other relevant tools.2. Work closely with clients to resolve technical challenges and optimize their use of our platform.3. Troubleshoot and debug issues, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Tech, and Support) as needed.4. Proactively analyze customer usage data to identify potential issues and suggest improvements.5. Provide product training and onboarding to new customers.6. Act as a bridge between customers and the internal team, ensuring customer feedback is captured and addressed. (ref:updazz.com)
