Urgent hiring for SaaS based companyImmediate joiners neededWorking Days - Monday to SaturdayKey Responsibilities:- Qualification of leads - Qualify leads through effective questioning and understanding of the prospect s business needs.- Relationship Building - Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs.- Lead Generation and Prospecting - Use various platforms to identify and generate new leads.- Cold calling - Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up communications to nurture leads and close sales.- Prospecting - Collaborate with marketing to identify potential leads and generate new business opportunities.
-Follow-up and Nurturing - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.- Sales Process Management - Provide accurate sales metrics and pipeline updates to management. Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
-1-3 years of prior B2B Business development experience.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
-Focused and goal-oriented.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
-Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
