About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to introduce financial products and services to potential customers, generating sales opportunities and building lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate sales leads.- Pitching Products: Explain the features and benefits of products to persuade customers and secure sales or meetings.- Lead Management: Effectively manage and update customer leads and interactions in the CRM system.- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.- Handling Objections: Address customer concerns professionally to overcome barriers and close sales.- Follow-Up: Nurture relationships by following up with leads and inquiries promptly.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including call logs and customer feedback.Requirements:- 1 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively present and sell products/services.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Note: - This Job role requires 6 days work from office along with rotational shifts and US Shifts(Night Shifts) - NO cab facility however food accommodation will be provided (ref:updazz.com)
