Executive - Inside Sales

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls and email communication to present products and services to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs, address enquiries, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Manage and update the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly, or quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to maximise revenue.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor 's degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, biotechnology or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Understanding of sales process, preferably with customer service experience
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company s success
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work in a Start-Up
