Key Responsibilities
Counsel doctors, surgeons, and healthcare professionals about our training programs and certifications in facial aesthetics and cosmetology.
Drive enrollments by converting leads into paying participants for our various aesthetic courses.
Explain program curriculums, career benefits, and training outcomes to prospective students.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, key stakeholders, and industry partners.
Stay updated on trends in the cosmetology, dermatology, and aesthetic medicine fields to provide accurate and valuable advice.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: 1-3 years in counseling or sales roles within the medical education/training sector, particularly in cosmetology, dermatology, or aesthetics.
Education: Bachelor s degree in any field (graduate preferred).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Strong organizational, follow-up, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the cosmetology and aesthetic medicine industries is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an added advantage.
