What should you have?- A bachelor s degree in administration or a related field.- 3 to 6 years of experience in customer support or travel consulting.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional language.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Good knowledge of travel booking systems and online travel platforms.- Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (ref:updazz.com)
