The senior graphic designer s responsibilities include managing all graphic design tasks, refining projects and drafts, and generating creative ideas.Responsibilities :- Leading Design Initiatives for performance marketing, social media and various in app campaigns.- Project Ownership, Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.- Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure deadlines are met.- Good research skills, expertise in Design Strategy and Innovation.- Demonstrate his/her expertise in creating high-quality visuals, providing valuable design insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.- Create good designs, develop creative ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.- Mentoring and Review junior designers work to ensure high quality- Industry Involvement - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.This role requires :- Minimum 3 years of experience required- Proven graphic designing experience - A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics - Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) - A keen eye for aesthetics and details- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines- Preferable Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field.
