Designation: Customer SupportDesired Profile Required:- 3 years of experience in Customer Service / support- Should have good communication and interpersonal skills.- Understanding about ERP/CRM software products- Implementing the product as per the customer need.- Knowledge on Product demonstration and providing training to the end users.- Expert in handling customer queries- Good to have knowledge on Cloud / SAAS base application- Should be quality focused- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Must have strong conceptual knowledge- Must be customer centric, confident and patient.Key Roles & Responsibilities:- In-house Product Subject Matter Expert- Responsible for internal and external product training - Providing application support to the end-users.
