This role involves managing a team, driving sales targets, ensuring high-quality outputs, and contributing individually to achieve organizational goals.Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of 5-15 sales executives/associates.- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.- Ensure timely and accurate inputs and updates from the team.- Conduct audits to improve quality and ensure consistent growth.- Collaborate with the team leader to strategize and plan for achieving weekly/monthly targets.- Actively contribute as an Individual Contributor (IC) to meet personal and team objectives.Requirements:- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate degree.- Industry Experience: Background in Banking, Edtech, Insurance, or Healthtech preferred.- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu and Tamil is mandatory.Compensation:Package: Up to - 12 LPAFixed: - 6 LPAVariable: Up to - 6 LPA (performance-based)Benefits:- Health insurance- Life insurance- Paid sick time- Paid time off- Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExperience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person (ref:updazz.com)
