The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, both in Tamil and English, with a strong background in telesales. As a Product Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing product information, and driving sales over the phone.Key Responsibilities :- Engage with customers through outbound calls to provide product information and answer queries.- Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products.- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.- Follow up with prospective customers for feedback and repeat sales.Requirements :- Languages : Must be fluent in Tamil and have excellent spoken and written English.- Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales.- Qualification : HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed.- Salary : 15,000 to 20,000 INR (in-hand).- Shifts : 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off between Monday and Friday.Skills Required :- Strong telesales and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets.- Good problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
