Job Description: The Area Sales Manager is driving growth in the assigned region by recruiting, managing, and nurturing a team of high-performing agents. The manager will play a crucial part in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company standards. Roles and Responsibilities: - Recruit, onboard and train agents to build a strong network in the area.
-Design and implement strategies to improve agent performance and achieve sales targets.
-Mentor, guide, and provide regular feedback to agents to optimize their productivity.
-Monitor market dynamics and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure agents have the necessary support to succeed.
-Maintain adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Qualification and Experience: - Bachelor s degree in any field.
-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance sector.
-Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage teams effectively.
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
