Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualize and design visual elements, including logos, websites, marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, and more.- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.- Ensure all design work is aligned with brand guidelines and meets client expectations.- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design tools, continuously incorporating new techniques and technologies.- Assist in developing creative strategies and campaigns.- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.- Produce high-quality graphics while meeting project deadlines.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.- Ability to take creative direction and provide innovative design solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Creative Direction- Project Coordination- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)- Concept Development- Brand Identity Design- Typography and Layout Design- Knowledge of web development and design principles for responsive websites.- Familiarity with 3D design or animation.- Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
