Position - Sales Manager (Individual role)#Sales_ManagerProduct : BLAPLocations:- #Jodhpur #Jaipur #AHMEDABADKey Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of BLAP products.- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, real estate developers, and financial institutions.- Source leads through Direct Selling Agents (DSA).- Coordinate with internal departments, including credit and operations, to ensure timely sanctioning and disbursement of loans.- Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the loan process, including assistance with documentation.- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) products.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the financial services industry.- Strong understanding of the BLAP market and related financial products.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
