• Address customer care and sales inquiries, including complaint resolution, problem-solving, processing monetary transactions, liaising with logistics and payment gateway partners, and ensuring effective case resolution.&

• Maintain punctual customer response times, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) results and quality standards.&

• Assist with Customer Experience administrative tasks as required.&
