This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Executive at BABDE. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, developing HR policies, and overseeing the overall human resources functions of the organization.
Qualifications
1. HR Management and HR Operations skills.
2. Employee Relations expertise.
3. Knowledge of HR Policies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and remotely
6. Bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
