Key responsibilities:- Meet monthly aims and targets.- Encourage advisers and employees to participate in various activities and sales enablers.- Daily updates on the status of firm and its relevance in the battle.- Maintain solid interactions with all stakeholders, including clients and distributors.- Work on opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.- Concentrated attempt to increase renewal premium collection.
