We are looking for a highly motivated Leader as an Area Sales Head in the Agency Business Partner Channel Department for India s Leading Insurance Company.Job Roles and Responsibilities :- Lead the branch team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance products.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration and maximize revenue.- Recruit, train, and mentor on-roll Sales Managers and agents to ensure a high-performing sales team.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.- Oversee the resolution of customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.- Ensure the branch operates efficiently and adheres to company policies and insurance regulations.- Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial goals are met.- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.- Provide regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.Experience and Qualification :- Experience : 7 to 12 Years in Similar domain of experience in Life Insurance - Agency Channel with 2 to 4 Years in Team Management and Team Leadership.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and make informed decisions- A deep understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, and customer needs.- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
