Job Description
Leadership & Mentoring:- Guide and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.- Provide training and mentoring to improve performance and skills.- Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.Sales Management:- Develop and execute effective sales strategies.- Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics.- Drive results in selling residential plots, villas, apartments, and farm plots.Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored property solutions.- Manage customer queries and provide top-notch post-sales support.Reporting & Feedback:- Track team progress and present reports to management.- Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.Qualifications:- Proven experience in real estate sales, including plots, villas, and apartments.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Leadership experience with a track record of team success.- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.- Graduate (Any) and Post-Graduation (Any).Why Join Us?- Be a part of a dynamic, growth-focused real estate organization.- Opportunities to learn, grow, and lead.
