Job Description
Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their home-buying journey. From managing leads to closing deals, you ll be the trusted advisor helping clients make informed decisions.Key Responsibilities- Manage customer leads generated via digital engagement, database calls, and the call centre on our tech platform.- Nurture leads to successful closures by matching customers with the right projects based on their needs.- Facilitate and coordinate customer site visits to enhance the booking process.- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to boost loyalty and encourage referrals.- Handle the lead funnel across communication channels, including calls, texts, and video interactions.- Assist customers with online bookings, resolve queries, and provide support with financial arrangements.- Negotiate with customers and developers to ensure smooth and successful transactions.- Work closely on assigned projects to enhance online property information and assist with payment schedules.Qualifications & Skills- Graduate degree (MBA preferred).- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.- Comfortable with direct selling and face-to-face interactions.- Willingness to travel within designated zones.- Proficient in using technology and open to learning new tools.- Basic understanding of the real estate market and trends.- Negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.- Experience in CRM tools is a plus.
