Job Description: Business Development Manager (BDM)Location: Malad, MumbaiWork Mode: Hybrid (Combination of inside sales and client visits as required)Key Responsibilities:- Strategize and execute plans to acquire new B2B clients, focusing on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact.- Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase services, ensuring successful deal closures.- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver customized solutions.- Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors to position the company effectively.- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.Key Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry.- Exceptional communication and extraordinary convincing skills to influence high-stake decision-makers.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site client visits when necessary.- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a mature and professional approach.- Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems is a plus.We are looking for a highly driven and experienced professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment.
