Accounts And Billing Executive

We are looking for someone to oversee our billing procedures and customer accounts, we are seeking an Accounts and Billing Executive. The ideal applicant will be in charge of following up for payments from clients, and keeping precise financial records for the same. They will also make sure that all billing-related tasks are finished quickly and effectively, as well as move journal entries to our online ledger spreadsheet.
Principal Duties are including but not limited to:
Create and forward bills to customers.
Manage collections and follow up on unpaid invoices.
Keep the online ledger 's financial records current and correct.
Journal entries should be sent to the digital ledger system.
Address billing inconsistencies and reconcile accounts.
Work together with the operations team to guarantee that the billing data is accurate and seamless.
