Responsibilities

Project Support:Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including project plans and timelines. Request Project IDs and create SharePoint folder structures to organize project materials.

Project Coordination:Track project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time. Collaborate with team members to maintain project schedules and deliverables.

Data Management:Maintain project:related data, tracking project milestones, risks, and issues using project management software such as Planview and JIRA.

Stakeholder Communication:Support communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables. Prepare and distribute weekly project status updates.

Automation and AI Development Support:Assist in the development and testing of automation scripts and AI models. Collaborate with the development team to understand automation requirements and contribute to solution design.
