Job Description: Brainwonders, a leading provider of career counseling and assessment services, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Marketing executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
Support marketing campaigns, including social media management, content creation, and event promotion.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Help in creating marketing collateral and promotional materials.
Coordinate with customers to understand their requirements and offer solutions accordingly.
Assist in organizing and executing events or promotional activities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a related field (Marketing, Business, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative thinking and an eagerness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not mandatory.

Stipend: 15,000 to 20,000 per month
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
