ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Create and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns (B2B and B2C)- Design, launch, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance- Produce high-quality marketing material, including email marketing, social media posts, blogs, articles, images, videos, podcasts and website content.
-Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.- Manage in-house team and coordinate with external vendors- P&L owner for all marketing spending including Google, Meta, YouTube, and other channels.- Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, improve customer experience, and build long-term relationships (ref:updazz.com)
