Location: Noida, On Site.Type: Full-time, Day Shift Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Excellent opportunity to join Skill - Arbitrage as an Academic Counsellor. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients through outbound calls and emails during the designated day shift hours.
-Understand client requirements and effectively communicate how SkillArbitrage solutions can meet their needs.
-Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via virtual platforms.
-Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
-Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall customer satisfaction and sales success.
-Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
-Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Sales Counselor or similar role, preferably in a Day shift setting.
-Minimum 1 year in EdTech counseling or similar roles.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in mandatory.
-Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
-High school diploma required; Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
