Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Assist in creating engaging posts, graphics and video for social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Scheduling and publishing posts across multiple social media channels.
Social media engagement like monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
Assist in the execution of social media campaigns, including research, content development and performance tracking.
Help track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram insights and Facebook insights and provide weekly reports.
Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand objectives.
Qualification:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Basic experience with social content creation (graphics, photography, video editing)
Must have knowledge in Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and social management tools.
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for social media and digital marketing.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.
Experience with basic video editing tools.
