Job description:
Domain : OSS / BSS
Understand complex customer journeys for IT Architecture impacts across IP Products like IP Access, IP VPN, IP Transit, SDWAN for System impacts across Order, Inventory, Billing and Assurance.
10 years of experience in IT systems with at least 5 years of experience working as E2E IT Architect with understanding across fulfillment, Assurance and Billing [E]
Strong understanding of business to business layer 3 services such as Internet Access, MPLS-based IP VPN, IPSec, SD-WAN [E]
Good Understanding of inventory management process and ability to model network services [E]
High level understanding of Telco Service Assurance processes [E]
Ability to understand and define REST/SOAP based web services [E]
Knowledge of telco Order Management Solutions (Ie SIEBEL, Netcracker) [D]
Knowledge of specific SD-WAN vendors I.e Versa, Velocloud [D]
Understanding of B2B interfacing across Enterprises [D]
Understanding of eTOM, TAM and TMF API [D]
Ability to lead architectural discussions independently and get agreement with stakeholders [E]
Provide support to Process and Program management teams to drive the solutions [E]
