Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Tata Tele Business Services ' products and services, tailored to meet client requirements. This position offers the opportunity to earn incentives for successful deal closures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Tata Tele Business Services ' products and services.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions to fulfill their business requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers in a clear and persuasive manner.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales conversions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service throughout the sales process.
Close deals and earn attractive incentives based on performance.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (training will be provided for freshers).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Any graduate degree.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
