Position Overview We are seeking a& Front Desk Executive& with a strong hospitality background to oversee and manage daily operations at the property. This role requires a dynamic individual who excels in customer service, team coordination, and strategic growth planning. Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Develop and implement strategies to drive customer sales and increase monthly revenue.
Collaborate with the sales team to grow corporate bookings by adding new firms to the customer base.
Maintain effective relationships with customers and staff to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Monitor and manage front desk operations, ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

Experience:& Proven hospitality experience, preferably in front desk or customer-facing roles.
Skills:& Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Personality:& Warm, approachable, and detail-oriented.
Age:& 25-40 years.
