& & & & & & & & & & & & Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance. & & & & & & & & & & & & Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient resolution. & & & & & & & & & & & & Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance as needed. & & & & & & & & & & & & Maintain accurate records of customer information and billing in the software system. & & & & & & & & & & & & Coordinate with internal teams, including Doctors, Groomers, Vet Assistant and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. & & & & & & & & & & & & Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services. & & & & & & & & & & & & Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations. & & & & & & & & & & & & Maintain cleanliness and organization of CRM area by coordinating with housekeeping. & & & & & & & & & & & & Provide excellent communication via email, calls, chat, and CRM platforms. & & & & & & & & & & & & Coordinate customer appointments and ensure smooth functioning of the unit. & & & & & & & & & & & & Demonstrate pet-friendly behaviour and welcoming gestures to customers. & & & & & & & & & & & & Handle mailing, WhatsApp messages, and billing software proficiently. & & & & & & & & & & & & Availability on weekends as needed. & & & & & & & & & & & & Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language. & & & & & & & & & & & & Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
