Require purchase officer for a& leading Electrical engineering company at Mandaveli ,Chennai
Knowledge in material handling and coordination with vendors price negotiation, comparison, etc.&
Knowledge in Tally&
Knowledge in preparing Purchase order

Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous deals.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
Manage inventory levels and forecast future procurement needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand their material and service requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding procurement.

Skills:
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
