Job Description The Area Business Development Manager oversees business growth in a specific region by recruiting, training and leading a team of agents to achieve sales goals and drive success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and motivate financial advisors to achieve sales targets.
-Provide regular support and coaching to help them succeed.
-Create plans to meet sales goals, find new opportunities, and improve sales performance.
-Study the market to understand customer needs and competition.
-Develop strategies for agents to focus on key customer groups. Qualification & Experience: - A graduate degree is required.
-At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in any industry.
-3 Year residential or Native.
-Strong leadership skills to guide a team toward success.
