Sales and Management Job DescriptionJob Title: Sales and Management ProfessionalReports to: General Manager/Senior LeadershipJob Summary:Responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing sales teams, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring effective team management to achieve organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including market research and lead generation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.- Create sales forecasts and analyze performance metrics to improve outcomes.2. Management Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance.- Set clear team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure alignment.- Handle conflict resolution and address employee concerns effectively.3. Strategic Planning:- Assist in setting organizational goals and contribute to long-term business strategies.- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making.- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.4.
