Required IT Recruiter - Noida

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The recruiter will specialize in sourcing and placing top-tier IT talent for Prime Vendors , Tier 1 Vendors , and Direct Clients . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and the ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing :

• Source qualified IT candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future job openings.
• Leverage social networks and professional groups to reach potential candidates.

Client Relationship Management :

• Work closely with Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, and Direct Clients to understand job requirements and deliver the best-fit candidates.
• Act as a liaison between clients and candidates to ensure seamless communication.

Full-Cycle Recruitment :

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical assessments, and coordinate client interviews.
• Negotiate pay rates and contract terms with candidates and vendors.

Documentation & Compliance :

• Ensure all documentation, including work authorization, is accurate and complies with legal and client requirements.
• Familiarity with H1-B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC hiring processes.

Database Management :

• Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and job requirements using ATS or CRM tools.

Recruitment Metrics :

• Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Experience :
  • 2 years of IT recruiting experience, preferably with Prime Vendors, Tier 1 Vendors, or Direct Clients.
• Technical Knowledge :
  • Familiarity with IT roles and technologies, including software development, infrastructure, cloud, data science, etc.
• Tools :
  • Proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Soft Skills :
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
