As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will assist in the development and execution of strategies to promote our products and services, drive sales, and enhance brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:

• Assist in identifying new sales leads and opportunities.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
• Maintain and update customer databases to ensure accurate contact details.
• Support the sales team in executing sales strategies and achieving targets.
• Participate in client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Marketing Campaigns:
• Help design and implement marketing campaigns for products and services.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.).
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

• Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including digital marketing, events, and referrals.
• Nurture relationships with prospects and potential clients, leading them through the sales funnel.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in identifying target customer segments and market positioning.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Help maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Assist in customer feedback collection and work on solutions for improvement.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Assist in tracking and analyzing sales and marketing performance.
• Provide regular reports on campaign results, sales activities, and key performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Freshers with a strong academic background).
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
