About the Job
We are looking for experienced Product Managers to work with our cross:functional Logomaker product team. You will be responsible for the logo DIY editing experience, enabling users to customise and complete their logo concept, delivering all required final logo assets, and integrating with expert help and design services so that users complete their logo design confident that it can be brought to life in whatever marketing application is required. You 'll be working along:side other product teams in the Logo and Brand Domain to help all SMBs look and feel credible though a strong brand foundation, leveraging our expert design services platform, rapidly developing logo maker DIY solution, and integration with Vista 's wide range of products to support any SMBs ongoing design, print and digital needs.
What you 'll be doing
:
Product Discovery: Lead the product discovery process in collaboration with your UX and engineering counterparts, using a range of tools and frameworks to uncover valuable customer opportunities and validate innovative solutions to those problems.
:
Understanding the Customer: Conduct user and market research (Quantitative and Qualitative) and collaborate with your UX/Engineering partners to develop insights on customer needs and goals.
:
Product Planning: Develop roadmaps and set actionable goals for your empowered product team that delivers against the Vistaprint product strategy, prioritizing which problems and solutions to work on and leading the product development team deliver against their objectives.

Manage Product Lifecycle: Establish and align on product requirements with your Engineering and UX team members. Monitor the progress of the product release, support plan and product analytics for a seamless delivery of business value.

Deliver Results Together: Effectively be a part of daily sprint stand:ups, sprint planning, sprint alignment, demo 's, retrospectives, and backlog refinements. Seek feedback and ideas early and often from stakeholders across the business.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor various channels of information flow that can provide feedback on product performance to further improve the customer experience. Self:Improvement through constant learning is also important as a PM.
What 'll make you a Great Candidate

6 years of professional experience with 3 years as a Product Manager.
:
Experience working on complex and high:quality B2B/B2C customer facing products, preferably in the e:commerce domain.
:
Strong sense of UI/UX concepts and ability to work clos
:
ely with UX designers, collaborating on designs and concepts in Figma or similar tools.

Experience with leveraging data analytics to inform product decision making, with skills in web analytics, BI and database tools.

Ability to build strong relationships with cross functional peers, including designers, engineers, research and analytics, and customer support teams.
