In order to promote growth and productivity, assist and develop agency partners in the life insurance industry by simplifying hiring, training, and performance management.Responsibilities :- Assist in the recruitment of new agents and oversee their onboarding process.
-Run and assist with agent training programs.
-Keep an eye on and improve agent performance.
-Establish trusting bonds with agency associates.
-Support the analysis of market trends and the implementation of growth strategies. Requirement :- Education : A business bachelor s degree or a similar degree.
-Experience : two to three years managing an agency or in sales, ideally in life insurance.- Skills : Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
