Associate - Customer Service (2-5 Yrs) Hyderabad (After-Sales/Customer Service)

Job Responsibilities :- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
-Provide information about products and services to customers and assist them in making purchasing decisions.
-Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
-Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
-Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate person or department.
-Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
-Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively seek opportunities for improvement in customer service processes.Preferred Skills : - Experience using CRM software (Customer Relationship Management).
-Knowledge of industry-specific customer service standards and practices.
