Key Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager (Corporate Travel Solutions)A renowned travel company is looking for a dynamic professional to manage relationships with key corporate clients in the travel sector.Key Responsibilities :- Manage Client Accounts : Build strong relationships and ensure smooth travel solutions.- Grow Accounts : Enhance client retention and spot opportunities for upselling.- Train & Educate : Conduct product training and share new updates with clients.- Troubleshoot Issues : Work with internal teams to resolve challenges quickly.- Analyze & Report : Offer data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to clients.- Collaborate : Work with internal teams to create seamless client experiences.- Stay Current : Stay informed about the corporate travel industry to advise clients effectively.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Business, Travel Management, or related field.- 4 years in travel or corporate account management.- Strong CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills (ref:updazz.com)
