Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: The Accounts Manager at Vishwa Exports will oversee the company 's financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing accounts and financial transactions. The role involves strategic planning, financial reporting, and providing insights to support business growth in the import-export industry. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Maintain and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure accurate recording of all financial data in compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Compliance and Audit:

• Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, GST filings, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial laws and regulations.

Team Coordination:

• Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Export-Specific Financial Tasks:

• Manage documentation related to export transactions, including invoices and bills of lading.
• Handle foreign currency transactions and exchange rate management.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA/MBA is a plus).
• Proven experience (5 years) in accounting, preferably in the import-export industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with export documentation and foreign currency transactions is preferred.
