Job Description

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets key audiences.

2. Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (visual, video, and written) for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Manage and schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, conversions) to optimize content and advertising strategies.

5. Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid social) to drive website traffic, generate leads, and support business objectives.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Communications, Customer Service) to ensure social media alignment and maximize impact.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform changes, and best practices to continuously improve social media strategies.

8. Manage social media budget and ensure effective ROI.

9. Develop and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

10. Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders on social media performance and recommendations for future improvements.
