Executive - Sales - IT (2-5 Yrs) Noida/Delhi NCR/Greater Noida/Faridabad/Haryana (IT Sales)

- Client Acquisition and Business Development : Proactively identify and target potential clients within the healthcare, IT, product, consulting, and technology sectors. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our market presence.- Sales Cycle Management : Understand the sales cycle and effectively manage it from prospecting to closing deals. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, and track progress using CRM tools.- Client Account Growth : Work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and delivering additional value through our products and services.- Appointment Booking : Have a strong zeal for Outbound calling - Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients, providing them with insights into our solutions, and effectively communicating the value proposition of BPK Tech.- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Reporting and Analysis : Generate regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.- Sales Presentation and Demos : One of the key responsibilities is to excel in delivering effective sales presentations and product demonstrations. -Proven track record of at least 2 years in sales and business development, preferably within the Health-tech, healthcare, IT, software product, consulting, or technology sectors, software selling experience is a huge plus.- Well-versed with B2B environment, cold calling, and outbound approach for setting up client meetings.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.- A passion for technology and a willingness to learn about our products and services.
