CTC : Up to 6.00 LPA Incentive Other Benefits- Our role is to find, develop, and assist insurance agents in selling our products.
-Among your duties are to locate and recruit new agents. Responsibilities:- Educate agents on our goods and how to market them.
-Aid salespeople in closing deals and resolving client issues.
-Monitor agent performance and provide comments.
-Grow our clientele and clientele base.
-Establish positive rapport with both consumers and agents.
-Ensure that everyone abides by the laws and guidelines. Requirements:- A degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
-Sales experience, particularly in the insurance industry.
-Familiarity with the Indian insurance sector.
-Effective people and communication abilities.
-Capacity to collaborate and work independently.
-Skilled in problem-solving and negotiation.
