Job Description

The Associate Sales Manager supports financial advisors in achieving their professional goals. developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Support the Sales Manager in daily operations and strategy development.

Assist in meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the company.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company 's footprint.

Prepare detailed sales reports and present findings to senior management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance team performance.

Skills:

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
