Job Description: Business Development and Sales Executive
(Commission-Based Role for 6 Months) Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and self-driven Business Development and Sales Executive to join our team. This is a commission-based role for the first six months, ideal for individuals passionate about driving sales and building strong client relationships. After six months, performance-based salary opportunities may be introduced. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, research, and cold outreach.
• Promote and sell company services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Conduct presentations and negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to identify new market opportunities and trends.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• A proactive and goal-oriented approach to sales.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based for the first six months.
• Attractive commission structure with high earning potential.
