Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle ERP support and expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and provide Oracle ERP solutions.
Develop and maintain functional documentation for workflows and user guides.
Support change management initiatives and conduct user training sessions.
Monitor ERP system performance and identify improvement areas.
Stay updated on Oracle ERP enhancements and recommend relevant updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Oracle ERP modules such as Financials (AP, AR, GL), SCM, or HCM.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Oracle Cloud solutions.
Certification in Oracle ERP modules.
Eligibility:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
8-12 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP solutions.
