Location-Specific Expertise: Only candidates with South Mumbai real estate experience will be considered.
Direct Client Handling: Experience in directly managing clients is essential.
Job Responsibilities:
Cultivate and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients seeking luxury residential properties.
Conduct property showings and deliver compelling presentations of luxury properties.
Facilitate transactions from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Stay informed about market trends and emerging opportunities in luxury real estate.
Develop and maintain a strong network within the South Bombay real estate market.
Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies for luxury properties.
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation.
Exclusions:
Candidates without experience in the South Bombay real estate market will not be considered.
Candidates from real estate backgrounds in other locations or domains are not suitable.
