Description :The Front Line Sales Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by leveraging the agency network effectively.Roles and Responsibilities :- Facilitate the onboarding process for new agents, providing them with the necessary tools, product knowledge, and training to succeed.- Offer continuous training to improve agents skills and product understanding.- Track sales performance through KPIs and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the agency channel.- Conduct regular performance reviews with agents to assess progress, offer feedback, and develop plans for improvement where necessary.- Regularly audit agent activities to ensure that they are in line with legal and organizational standards.
