Industry Experience :- 1-3 years experience of working with a Real Estate Roles and Responsibilities :- Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for central zone and driving sales through them- Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the allocated micro-market- Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs- Understand CP potential and accordingly extend the required marketing support to deserving CPs- Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects launches, schemes, incentives, inventory, etc)- Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events organized by the management- Support the site head in creating micro-market strategy- Support the core CPs in creating a lead generation plan- Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs (ref:updazz.com)
