Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Mentoring:- Guide and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed targets.- Provide training and mentoring to improve performance and skills.
-Foster a collaborative and motivating team environment. Sales Management: - Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
-Monitor team performance through KPIs and sales metrics.
-Drive results in selling residential plots, villas, apartments, and farm plots. Client Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
-Identify customer needs and deliver tailored property solutions.
-Manage customer queries and provide top-notch post-sales support. Reporting & Feedback:- Track team progress and present reports to management.
-Provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement. Qualifications:- Proven experience in real estate sales, including plots, villas, and apartments.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Leadership experience with a track record of team success.
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
